2. Analysis & Strategy
Greta and Anthony analyze your data personally. We calculate your specific caloric needs and macronutrient ratios to ensure you lose fat while maintaining muscle and energy.
3. Receive Your Plan
Within 3-5 business days, you receive a comprehensive PDF. It includes your custom menu, full recipes, photos, shopping lists, and cooking instructions. Everything is ready for you.
4. Track & Succeed
Start eating! Every week (on Fridays), you can send us your progress updates. We monitor your results and make adjustments to the plan if necessary to keep you moving forward.
